Introduction: Renal stone formation and the predominant chemical composition are age gender dependent. The most common stones struvite (magnesium ammonium phosphate), calcium oxalate, urate, cystine silica. type of kidney worldwide contains calcium. process forming in kidney, bladder, and/or urethra (urinary tract) is called as Urolithiasis. Urinary calculi may cause obstruction, hydronephrosis, infection hemorrhage urinary tract system. Citrus species were used traditional practices remedies for urolithiasis have been well established vivo-vitro test, clinical trial effective use but lacking documented record. limon (L.) tree with evergreen leaves yellow edible fruits from family Rutaceae. aurantiumL commonly bitter orange. medica Linn.,commonly known a Citron English bijapura Ayurvedic literature shrub or small tree. All three reported to treatment wide panel diseases like antiurolithic activity, stomach ache, vomiting antifungal antibacterialetc. Urolithiasis was introduced by administration ethylene glycol rats. Standard drug treated group, outputs increased significantly. Body weight all animals measured on day 0, 14 28 induction assess effect body weight. collection urine rats scheduled be every seven days induction. C. aurantinum extract showed significantly increase output. collected stored 4ºC. analysis calcium, phosphate, magnesium, creatinine, uric acid, protein, urea nitrogen oxalate recorded.300 mg/kg combined plants show significant result compare individual plant response.
